Get Courted is run by Get Courted LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This page says what it collects, why, who it goes to and what you can ask for. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.
The short version: your name, your email and what happened in your games. Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared with an advertiser. What happens on a night you joined reaches you in the app and, if you turned them on, as a notification; you are emailed only to sign in, if a night is called off, or if a spot opens for you. Nothing else, unless you asked for it. Texts are off unless you tick the box.
Your name, as you typed it. It is shown to other players at the courts you play at, because a roster of anonymous people cannot be organised.
Your email address, used to sign you in, to reset your password, and, if a night you joined is called off or a spot opens for you, to tell you.
Your password, which is stored by Supabase in hashed form. It is never visible to anyone, including whoever runs Get Courted.
What happened when you played: the games, the scores, who you partnered and played against, your Rally Rating and your rank. This is the product. It is what a ladder is made of.
Which nights you asked to join, whether the host let you in, whether you confirmed you were coming, and whether you turned up.
Your phone number. It is asked for once and it is how a host reaches you about the night you joined, usually to say a spot has opened. The number alone sends nothing: texts from Get Courted itself only start if you tick the box beside it, and the section below on texts says what those are and how to stop them.
A notification address for your browser, but only if you turn notifications on. It is a long random address your browser hands out, it identifies the browser rather than you, and turning notifications off deletes it.
Whether you are a man or a woman, if you choose to say. It is optional, it is only used to even out mixed games, and leaving it blank costs you nothing.
Your answers to the quizzes, and to the short questions about a night you played in. A quiz result about you is public data: it shows to every other signed-in player and there is no switch to turn it off. What you say about a night is not a quiz result and is never shown to anybody: whoever runs Get Courted reads it, because otherwise there would be no point asking, and the host it is about cannot.
A report, if you write one about somebody or about how a night was run. It carries what you wrote and who wrote it, because a report nobody can follow up is not worth having.
Ordinary technical records kept by the services below when you load the site, such as an IP address and a browser type. These are theirs, not something Get Courted reads or keeps separately.
There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script on this site. Nothing follows you to another website.
There is no location tracking. A court has a name because somebody typed it, not because a phone reported where it was.
No payment details are taken anywhere in this app.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a sign-in token so you are not asked for a password every time, and the app stores your own data on your own device so it works at a court with no signal. Both are cleared by signing out or clearing site data.
If you take the level check before making an account, your ten answers are held on your own device for up to 14 days so the result can be kept when you sign up, and for nothing else.
Notifications are off unless you turn them on, and you can turn them off again from your profile at any time. Nothing is sent to a browser that has not asked.
They are only about a night you are in: a spot opening, being let in, a reminder to confirm, an offered spot going to somebody else, the day of the night itself, missing a night without saying, your results the morning after, and a message from the host. Never about anything you have not joined.
Turning them on stores a notification address for that browser. Turning them off deletes it. Your browser can also block them outright, in its own settings for this site, and that overrides everything here.
Texts from Get Courted LLC only start if you tick the box under the phone number field, which is never ticked for you and never required. They are about your spot on a night and nothing else: when one opens for you, when it is about to pass to the next person, a reminder to confirm you are still coming, and a reminder on the day itself. A few messages a week at most. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message and they stop. Reply HELP for help. The switch on Your card turns them off too, and so does an email to getcourted7@gmail.com. Leave the box unticked and Get Courted works exactly the same; the same messages are in the app either way.
Your mobile phone number and your opt-in to text messages are not shared with or sold to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Nobody outside Get Courted is given the record that you ticked the box, for any use of their own. The list under "Who else touches it" is every company that handles anything about you, and a company that delivers texts would be added there before the first one was sent.
Email about your own account: a sign-in link or a password reset. And two things about a night you joined, because they cannot wait for you to open the app: that it has been called off, or that a spot has opened for you. Everything else about a night, that you are in, the reminder to confirm, the day itself, the results, is in the app, and a notification if you turned them on. This is part of the service and cannot be turned off while you have an account.
Email about new nights near you is separate and off unless you tick the box for it on your profile card. If you do, every message has an unsubscribe link and one click is enough. You are not asked twice and you are not put back on the list.
Your address is never handed to anyone else to email you.
Supabase stores the database and handles sign-in. They hold everything above.
Netlify serves the website.
Brevo sends email, and so receives your address and the message.
That is the whole list. Each is a supplier doing a job for Get Courted, not a party being given your data for their own use.
Nothing is sold. Nothing is traded. There is no arrangement under which anyone pays for access to who you are.
At a court you play at: your name, your rank, your Rally Rating, how many games you have played, and the results of games you were in.
That is deliberate. A ladder that nobody can see is not a ladder, and a partner who cannot see who they are playing with cannot be matched.
Your quiz results, to every other signed-in player. They are public data since 21 September 2026, with no switch to turn one off. Never what you said about a night.
Whoever is running a night you joined can see your phone number, so they can tell you a spot has opened. Nobody else can, and no other player can.
Your email address is never shown to another player, including a host.
What you said about a night, and any report you wrote, is not shown to other players. A report about a person goes to whoever ran that night and to whoever runs Get Courted. A report about how a night was run goes only to whoever runs Get Courted, because the host is the subject of it.
Email getcourted7@gmail.com and you can have a copy of what is held about you, have anything wrong corrected, or have your account deleted.
One honest limit on deletion. Your account, your name and your email can be removed. The results of games you played cannot be unwound, because other people’s ratings moved as a result of them and taking yours out would silently rewrite theirs. Those results stay, detached from your name.
California residents have specific rights under state law, including the right to know and the right to delete. The same email address is how you exercise them. Get Courted does not sell personal information, so there is nothing for a do-not-sell request to stop.
Your account for as long as you have one. Ask and it goes.
Match results for as long as the court’s ladder exists, for the reason in the section above.
You must be at least 13 to have an account. Get Courted does not knowingly collect anything from anyone younger.
If a child under 13 has an account, email getcourted7@gmail.com and it will be deleted.
The database and the email service run in the United States. Get Courted is aimed at players in the United States.
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and you are told the next time you open the app. It is not quietly rewritten.
